We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All products are final sale. This include all DIY Slime Bar slimes and any slimes purchased at our retail location.

We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us with a photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery. info@shopslimeco.com

Because our products are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used in any way due to health and safety reasons.
